New Full Text Report Configurability and Six Scientific Presentations at the 21st Annual Scientific Meeting of the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography

Cleerly will debut new customization capabilities for its Full Text Report, giving provider teams the ability to configure the structured narrative generated by its artificial intelligence-enabled quantitative computed tomography (AI-QCT) platform to their preference. In addition, Cleerly will present findings from six scientific abstracts spanning plaque quantification, risk stratification, and cardiovascular outcomes, including five studies that draw on data from the CONFIRM2 Registry. CONFIRM2 is a multicenter, international, observational cohort targeting 30,000 patients, with more than 10,750 participants currently enrolled, that aims to perform comprehensive quantification of computed tomography (CT) angiography findings and relate them to clinical variables and cardiovascular outcomes.

New Full Text Report Customization

The Full Text Report is a structured narrative populated with Cleerly LABS plaque analysis and Cleerly ISCHEMIA and generated using a site-configurable report template. It provides a clinician-ready summary of the coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) analysis across five key domains:

  • Atherosclerosis: Plaque volumes, including total plaque volume (TPV), calcified plaque (CP), noncalcified plaque (NCP), and low-density noncalcified plaque (LD-NCP), with percent atheroma volume (PAV), reported at both the patient and territory levels.

  • Stenosis: Per-segment diameter stenosis grouped by category (Severe, Moderate, Mild, Minimal, and Zero), with segment counts and lists.

  • Ischemia and CAD-RADS: Cleerly ISCHEMIA status with implicated vessels, plus the overall Coronary Artery Disease Reporting and Data System (CAD-RADS) score.

  • Anatomy: Coronary dominance, stents, chronic total occlusions (CTOs), anomalies, bifurcated lesions, and exclusions with documented reasons.

  • Site-configurable report template: The Full Text Report can be generated using site-configurable report templates to support individual clinical workflows. Report templates allow customization of sections, field order, headings, and static text. Blank sections are omitted automatically, and clinically appropriate phrasing is generated based on the analysis findings.

“The Full Text Report brings together all the information a clinician needs to understand a patient’s full coronary profile, including plaque burden, stenosis severity, ischemia status, and anatomy. By making that output configurable to each practice’s workflow, the depth of AI-QCT analysis can translate easily into clinical action. We look forward to connecting with the SCCT community. Stop by one of our sessions or come see us at Booth #301,” said James K. Min, MD, founder and CEO of Cleerly.
