Before founding Nutcracker Economics, Dr. Chen held senior positions at leading litigation consulting firms and served as Associate Director of Economic Modeling at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), where she oversaw sophisticated economic analyses and risk modeling that enabled the organization’s regulatory oversight.
Dr. Chen earned her Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis, and is also a native Mandarin speaker, enabling her to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and international matters.
