The Next Member family promotion allows an eligible family member to join an existing Platinum, Diamond, or Reserve membership at a promotional rate of THB 750,000. Standard Next Member rates are normally much higher, ranging from THB 1,000,000 to THB 2,000,000, and Siam Legal International confirms the promotional rate has now been extended through September 30, 2026. For members adding more than one dependent, such as a spouse and children, the reduced per-person rate applies individually to each additional family member.
The Bronze membership tier is priced at THB 650,000 for a five-year term and remains available through September 30, 2026, with no further extension currently announced. Bronze membership includes airport VIP fast-track services and around-the-clock member assistance, features aimed at reducing immigration bureaucracy and common friction points for applicants relocating, retiring, or establishing a longer-term base in Thailand.
Eligibility across both promotions requires every applicant to hold a valid foreign passport and pass the program’s standard background checks. Dependents must also provide official relationship documentation, such as a certified marriage certificate for a spouse or a birth certificate for children, translated into English where necessary.
For applicants who are new to the program, the core member and eligible family members may submit their applications together rather than in sequence. Family members become eligible under the membership only once the core applicant’s background check has cleared, though submitting the applications together does not require family members to wait for that clearance before filing. All application files must be formally submitted within the promotional window in order to qualify. Siam Legal International does not charge applicants for its assistance with eligibility confirmation, document preparation, or application submission, and the program’s own membership fee is due only once an application has been approved, rather than at the time of submission.
