Meradia, an F2 Strategy company and leading consulting firm specializing in operations, data, and technology transformation for asset and wealth management firms, today announced the appointment of Glen Robertson as director. Robertson brings more than two decades of experience in investment operations, technology implementation and business transformation, including more than a decade guiding institutional investment managers through complex SimCorp programs.
Based at F2 Strategy’s West Chester headquarters, Robertson will lead strategic consulting engagements focused on operating model transformation, technology strategy, systems implementation and data-driven initiatives. He will advise executive teams, support business development and mentor consulting teams as Meradia continues to expand its advisory capabilities. Robertson will also support the firm’s continued growth by developing client relationships, contributing industry thought leadership and representing Meradia at conferences and events.
“Investment managers are accelerating transformation, and they need advisers who understand both the technology and operations required to execute it successfully,” said Ryan Beach, CEO of F2 Strategy. “Glen has spent more than two decades helping organizations solve complex challenges. His perspective will help our clients make better decisions and build operating models for the future.”
Robertson joins the consulting firm after 11 years at SimCorp, where he held increasingly senior leadership roles in the United States, Australia and Singapore. Most recently, he served as senior principal service engagement manager, leading strategic service engagements, supporting client implementations and helping investment managers maximize their technology investments.
Before joining SimCorp, Robertson spent eight years at Vanguard in investment operations, business analysis, product development and project leadership. In those roles, he supported business transformation initiatives and new investment product launches.
“Meradia’s reputation for independent, strategic advice grounded in real-world experience drew me to the firm,” said Robertson. “This role gives me the opportunity to help clients solve difficult problems and build for the future. I look forward to contributing to that mission.”
As investment managers modernize their operating models and invest in enterprise technology, demand is growing across North America for advisers with firsthand transformation experience. Robertson’s appointment expands the firm’s SimCorp expertise and strengthens the firm’s ability to help clients optimize operations, execute strategic projects and generate greater value from their technology investments.
Robertson holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance from Monash University and has been a SimCorp Certified Professional since 2015.
